There is a short but steep set of stairs you must climb to get to the upper level of the Integratron, where the Sound Bath takes place. Also, no animals are allowed inside the Integratron at any time. Do not bring your pet or emotional support animal please. The Integratron is a NO PET property, with the exception of certified service animals. Children MUST be supervised by an adult at all times while on the Integratron property. TIP: If you are planning on playing these sound files on a white noise sound machine, or on a phone, or portable MP3 player, or tablet, or laptop, or any other device that has small speakers that produce low-quality sound, I recommend plugging the sound machine or other device that you are using into an inexpensive set of stereo powered computer/multimedia speakers (low-powered) in order to improve the quality of the sound enough for the intended purpose.
