We ship orders out daily, Monday through Friday, and typically ship orders out the same day if we receive them by 2pm CST (Central Standard Time). Unless an item is marked "out of stock" it is available for shipping.
The cost of shipping is high because of the size of our boxes. Usually, we partially sudsidize the cost of shipping in order to reduce the cost of shipping to our customers.
